When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, company or organisation, email, telephone number, location and approximate size of the space, project type, desired timeframe, message and any other information you choose to provide. The server may also process technical data strictly necessary for website operation and security, such as IP address, request date and time and basic browser information.

We process data submitted through the form to analyse your request, reply to you, prepare a quote and take pre-contractual steps requested by you. Where necessary to protect the website against abuse, fraud or security incidents, we may process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational.
